Conference attendees wishing to share a room in order to defray the cost of accommodation at the Holiday Inn Resort , should complete and submit the Hotel Room Sharing Request form. By submitting this form, your name and contact will be shared with other Conference attendees seeking roommates. The Conference Organizers will periodically provide you with an updated listing via email.
Please note that you are responsible for making your own arrangements with the hotel.
